40mm Dog Teeth Amethyst Rectangle Bead with a smooth polished rectangular shape comprised of amethyst with white and milky white lenses. These beads are natural stone beads and no two are the same. Differences will include changes in patterning and color. Coloring can range from light to dark purples. Thread holes are drilled along the long axis of the bead. Beads are approx. 40mm Long x 30mm Wide x 7mm Thick.

Dog Teeth Amethyst may also be known as Chevron Amethyst, Dog Tooth Amethyst or Banded Amethyst. This type of amethyst has the coloring and translucent quality of amethyst except for the added inclusions of quartz or calcite. These lenses can have a chevron or dog tooth shape hence the name.
