How We Mail to You
We mail using Canada Post or UPS parcel services depending on your address.
Mailing prices will automatically be calculated by the shopping cart based on the total amount of your purchase less any discounts.
How long do you take to mail your order? Generally we mail the next business day - some jewelry items may take longer. We do not mail on Sundays or postal holidays. If we do not have an item in stock, you will be notified and given any options that are available for that product.
Your mailing address and receipt of payment will be emailed to you once your payment has been received (within 12 hours). Please review this information and ensure that it is correct.
CUSTOMS - We declare all international orders for the full value of the purchase as required by law. We do not collect taxes and are not responsible for duty or taxes applied by the destination country.
Starting August 29, 2025, the United States has changed its import rules. All packages arriving from Canada (and other countries) are now subject to U.S. customs tariffs, even for small orders that were previously duty-free. These must be pre-paid by us prior to being received by Customs.
What this means for our US customers:
- Your order will include a tariff or duty charge (35% on most items) collected at checkout and will include a small processing fee.
- These charges are set by U.S. Customs & Border Protection and are not fees we add ourselves.
- All duties and taxes are prepaid so there should be no surprises when your package arrives.
